He is currently also an independent non-executive Director of Schroder's Oriental Income Fund Limited and of two Asian private equity funds specializing in Asia. He started his extensive career in Drydocks World in 1984, and has since held senior management roles within the organisation leading to his current appointment as CEO. Carl-Peter ZickermanCarl-Peter Zickerman holds valuable experience in the seismic industry, most recently gained from his last start-up venture, Eastern Echo. Prior to this he founded GeoBird, a marine seismic service provider, later sold to SeaBird Exploration. At present he working in the capacity of Executive Vice President & Head of Strategic Investments with Polarcus Ltd. ![]() | Hege SjoHege Sjo has over the last years worked for Hermes Investment Management Ltd., London with responsibility for the shareholder engagement programs in Continental Europe. Prior to this role she worked in corporate consulting in Norway. She has had an extensive career at the Oslo Stock Exchange where she held several executive positions including the roles of Marketing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Hege serves as an alternate member of StatoilHydro's corporate assembly. She is the author of a handbook titled "Investor Relations in Practice". Hege holds a business degree from Stirling University, Scotland and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics. |
Kitty HallKitty Hall currently holds the position of Chief Executive at ARKeX Ltd, UK, where she is also a founding shareholder. Prior to this she was Managing Director of ARK Geophysics Ltd. She has 30 years experience within the geophysics industry with a focus on technology and business development. She was previously a Board member of Eastern Echo. | ![]() | |
Tore KarlssonTore Karlsson has extensive senior management experience in the upstream oil & gas industry. He has a MSc. in geophysics and started his career working for Saga Petroleum followed by a number of years with Schlumberger including VP and Director of Marine Seismic and Marketing. Since 2002 he has been based in London as a marketing and technical consultant/partner and is a founder or co-founder of MemeTree Ltd, MoVa AS and GeoPublishing Ltd, publishing the magazine GEO ExPro. Tore is also an associate professor at the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo. He was Chairman of the Board of Eastern Echo prior to its acquisition by Schlumberger Ltd in 2007. |
Alan LockerAlan Locker is currently holding the position of Chief Technical Officer at Drydocks World LLC, where he has played a pivotal role in the start up of the company. Prior to his appointment as CTO he was working as the Technical Director at Dubai Drydocks. Alan previously held Senior positions at Dubai Ports Authority and Eurotunnel Services Ltd. | Jogeir RomestrandJogeir Romestrand is owner and director of Norwegian private investment firm Rome AS. He has previously worked in various management capacities within the ODIM Group since 1985, and held the position of CEO and President from 2003 to 2009. Jogeir holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Møre and Romsdal Ingeniørhøyskole and has over 20 years experience within marine technology. |
